Never again

Before buying anything from this outfit, read the reviews. I ordered an Ultra Multi-Purpose Screw Kit and paid on October 20, 2008. When I placed the order, datavision's site explained that the order would be shipped within one day using Paypal. I did. Ten days later, I asked for the tracking information. I was then told that the item had not been shipped and is backordered. I'd like to build a PC. All of the components have arrived, but I can't start because I'm still waiting for the setoff screws from datavision. Stay away!

They are obviously not interested in repeat business.

I made an impulse buy on a refurb Samsung LCD TV. BIG MISTAKE. I didn't realize just how final sales are from them. Once you sign for the TV, Datavision never wants to see it again. My TV arrives very poorly packaged with a lot of scrathces on the bezel. Not a good sign. But I cross my fingers and plug it in. It works and I breath a sigh of relief, only for it to make a loud bzzzt sound and the screen goes black after a few minutes. When I called DataVision, they brusquely told me to call Samsung, and that was that. I will never to business with these scammers again, and in fact will probably never buy a TV over the net again. Heck, I'm gonna avoid any electronics retailers based in New York City. Why is there so much fraud concentrated in this area? And why doesn't NYC do something about it?

Stay Away - This Place is a Disaster

Why are they in business?!?!

By far the worst electronics shopping experience I've EVER had! Staff was RUDE and most didn't even speak English. Prices were more expensive than all other reputable electronics stores in the area. I left...
